Our vision is to strengthen families, reduce reliance on high-cost systems, and ensure children and young people remain connected to culture and community. We look forward to working collaboratively to bring this vision to life.
Our out-of-work-hour rosters allow for immediate response to emergency accomodation needs. A safe place for when no other place is.
We offer assertive outreach for participants and their families. This involves persistent and proactive engagement with families and support services. It is about providing care early before crisis and more costly intervention is needed.
Our bespoke services are for cases where the traditional mould does not suffice. A deeper understanding, planning and care program is required. Due to our teams capabilities, we can provide specific services for unique participants. The process for this type of care is on a case-by-case process. If you feel this type of service applies to you please reach out and contact us.
