Soul ii soul

At Soul II Soul, we believe every young person deserves a chance to reconnect with their family, their culture, and then community. Vulnerable youth in North Queensland are not just statistics, they are sons, daughters, and future leaders. Our purpose is to be the circuit breaker that transforms cycles of trauma into pathways of belonging, healing, and hope.

Soul II Soul is not a program, it is a movement. Built on a village-driven model, we integrate mentoring, therapeutic support, cultural healing, vocational pathways, and community leadership into one cohesive ecosystem. This makes us distinct, we are not transactional service providers but relational disruptors, walking alongside young people until change takes root.

Compliance & Standards: We align with Queensland Child Safety requirements and uphold the Statement of Standards in every home and program.
Evidence in Practice: Through Soul4Life (mentoring & leadership) and Soulful Minds (therapeutic care), we are already delivering tangible outcomes in family reunification, crime diversion, and school re-engagement.
Community Partnerships: From Queensland Police Service co-responder teams to schools, businesses, and cultural leaders, Soul II Soul is uniting the village around early intervention.

Queensland is at a crossroads. Youth crime, disengagement, and community safety cannot be solved by piecemeal interventions. Soul II Soul offers a clear, credible, and impactful solution, one that is already alive in practice, not just theory. By investing in Soul II Soul, government and community partners join a movement for lasting change.

Premier Crisafulli and stakeholders: the time is now. Together, let’s invest in a village-led model that redefines early intervention for Queensland and becomes a national blueprint for community-driven change.
To deliver trauma-informed, culturally safe, and person-centered services that empower young people and their families toward healing, independence, and community connection.
